According to the government’s directive, members and guests must scan the LeaveHomeSafe QR code and present a valid Vaccine Pass before entering the Club. Those holding non-local COVID-19 vaccination records have to fill in the “COVID-19 Vaccination Information Declaration Form” through a designated Hong Kong government online platform (please click HERE). Upon completion of declaration, a vaccination record QR code for local use will be issued immediately. If the relevant vaccination requirements are met, it can be used for Vaccine Pass purposes.
Members and guests may choose to store their vaccination record QR code which complies with the local Vaccine Pass requirements, and the recovery record or “Provisional Vaccine Pass” QR codes to the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app to facilitate presentation before entering the Club.
