It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Mr. Hubert Aw to the role of General Manager of Gold Coast Yacht & Country Club. Hubert has been Group Director of Rooms of Sino Hotels since 2021 and oversaw Royal Pacific Hotel and The Olympian Hong Kong before taking on the role of General Manager for Gold Coast Hotel in April 2023. He will be taking up an expanded role to oversee Gold Coast Yacht & Country Club as General Manager of Gold Coast Hotel, Gold Coast Yacht & Country Club and Group Director of Rooms effective 24 July 2023. With Hubert’s extensive experience in hospitality management, we are confident that he will lead the Club to continue its service commitments.
After almost 17 years with Sino Group, Mr. Alvin Chau has decided to resign from his position as General Manager to pursue a new career path. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for his service to the Club. Through his hard work and dedication, the Club has enhanced its positioning as one of the leading yacht and country clubs in Hong Kong. Alvin’s last working day is on 23 July 2023 and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
