Please be informed that enhancement works on the car park’s sump pump control panel will be taken place on Wednesday, 30 July 2025, between 9am and 6pm. To ensure safety and minimise disruption, the following temporary arrangements will be in place:

Traffic control will be implemented near the lift lobby entrance.


Car park spaces 38, 39, and 01 will be unavailable during this period.

Please note that the works may be completed ahead of schedule, depending on on-site progress. Kindly also note that intermittent noise may occur in the car park and on the Country Clubhouse ground floor throughout the working hours.
